My Story

From analytics practitioner
to transformation leader.

22+ years across enterprise analytics, BI leadership, and AI-led transformation. My career has been defined by one consistent thread: translating complex data into decision-ready insight that moves the needle on revenue, cost, CX, risk, and productivity.

At HCL Technologies, I originated and led the Business Consultancy Analytics (BCA) practice — a Centre of Excellence built from the ground up with full P&L ownership. Over ~8 years, I scaled it to 40+ direct and 100+ indirect team members, onboarded 200+ enterprise accounts, and delivered 330,000+ automation hours and $307K+ in documented savings for Fortune 500 clients including IHG, BP, ExxonMobil, Mondelez, and Burberry.

Since January 2026, I've been Director of Data Analytics & AI Transformation at Teleperformance — driving global analytics transformation with SVP/EVP visibility across a 450,000+ employee, 90+ country operation. I architected the first unified Microsoft Fabric + Power BI decision-intelligence ecosystem and am deploying governed Agentic AI reporting pipelines using Copilot Studio and Azure AI, with Responsible AI controls embedded by design.
